Cookie dough & superfood balls

 

Cookie Dough Balls       

  • 1 cup almond
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 2 heaped tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 salted caramel bar roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 40g Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate

 

Superfood Balls

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • ⅓ cup pistachios
  • 10 medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup golden berries
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Instruction

STEP 1
For Cookie Dough Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds and oats until they form a fine ‘meal’.
STEP 2
add the remaining ingredients (except the salted caramel chocolate), and blend until the mix starts to form a ball.
STEP 3
Towards the end of processing add the chocolate.
STEP 4
Roll into balls.
STEP 5
For Superfood Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds, oats and pistachios until they form a fine ‘meal’.
STEP 6
then add the dates, golden berries and tahini blend until the mixture starts to clump together.
STEP 7
Roll into balls.
